After successful payment, digital files are delivered via instant download, email, or WhatsApp. Please ensure your contact details are correct at the time of purchase.

For custom 3D jewelry designs, delivery timelines are shared individually. Revisions are provided within the agreed scope to ensure client satisfaction.

We communicate with clients via email and WhatsApp; however, primary communication and design file sharing are done through WhatsApp for faster and smoother delivery.

Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds are not available unless there is a technical issue or file corruption.
